Danza De La Sol is a sister winery to Masia De La Vinya. The wines are similar due to the in common winemaker. However, grapes from the respective vineyard are used to make wine. In my opinion Masia is slightly better, but the two are comparable.

Overall, the wine here is much better than typical in the Temecula valley.

Tasting Notes

23' Estate Sauvignon Blanc

This wine has a sweet honeydew aroma and a taste reminiscent of crisp apple and pear. This wine brings back memories of wines from Guadalupe Valley Mexico.

21' Tempranillo

This wine has a strong baking spice head. A familiar Tempranillo flavor is there with notes of cherry and blueberry. The finish is smooth and body is good.

Barbera

This wine has a familiar Barbera aroma with fruit forward taste. Notes of raspberry and mild plum are present. The finish is smooth and body is good.

20' Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has a nose of cranberry and light tobacco and is very fruit forward in taste.

Syrah

This is a fruit forward Syrah with notes of blackberry and blueberry. The finish is very tart.

20' Meritage

This Meritage has a taste that is reminiscent of cherry, blackberry and plum.
