South Coast has average wine for the Temecula region. I suggest visiting here due to the wide variety of affordable wines. There is also a good restaurant.
South Coast is the sister winery to Carter. Carter is better for wine and South Coast has a great restaurant.
Wines that I enjoyed here were the 23' Sauvignon Blanc and 17' Wild Horse Peak Tempranillo.

This wine has an apple and lemon nose. The flavor is apple, pear and lime. The body is good.
19' Carmenere

This wine has a black peper and plum nose. The flavor is muddled blackberry and cherry. There is a mineral aftertaste with a hint of citrus. Overall, it is not a good Carmenere for those familiar with the variety.
19' Pinot Noir Santa Lucia Highlands

This wine has burnt bread aromatics. The taste is blackberry and strawberry with notes of smoky pepper. The grapes may have been choked in the sun. The body is nice. Overall, this is not a good Pinot Noir.
15' Tempranillo Monastrell

This wine has a strawberry and cherry flavor with a smooth finish. There are strong oak notes and hints of boysenberry detectable on subsequent sips.
17' Wild Horse Peak Tempranillo
17' Wild Horse Peak Tempranillo
Wild Horse Peak is a vineyard in the mountains overlooking the Temecula valley. This Tempranillo has dark cherry, leather and hay aromatics. The flavor consists of plum with hints of cherry and raspberry. An oakiness complements the good body. This is a much better Tempranillo than the Monastrell.
17' Wild Horse Peak Cabernet Sauvignon
17' Wild Horse Peak Cabernet Sauvignon
Wild Horse Peak is a vineyard in the mountains overlooking the Temecula valley. This Cab has a pepper and herb nose. The taste is also pepper with muddled fruit notes. Overall, this is not a good wine.
