Europa is a large expansive property with multiple tasting rooms, restaurants and eateries.
This dining experience is very interesting.
Europa had a XMas theme that was very detailed, during my visit.

This was an interesting dish that was worth trying as an appetizer.
The empanadas were OK.
The lamb was very good, but I did not care for the mint sauce. I would have preferred to have the mint on the side.
The paella was good overall.
Europa Village Wineries has some good Spanish varietals, however the French and Italian wineries pull the overall brand down. If you're planning on taking a trip to Europa be sure to visit the Spanish tasting room. If I were to have rated it alone, I would have given it a 2.5. There is one winemaker on site, not a different winemaker for each village concept. So, this is to be expected. Note: Europa will be transitioning to a new winemaker soon, so we will see how the wines will be in a few years.
Overall, I enjoyed Bolera restaurant and it's worth a try. You will find good food here. However, the price is a bit heavy for what you get when you compare it to other wineries. This is not an authentic tapas experience, but an Americanized version. Tapas is usually less expensive overall too.
This wine has an apple, pear and nectar nose. The taste is apple with a mineral finish.
This wine has a buttery apple jam aroma. The taste is buttery nut and mild pear. There are oak notes noticeable on subsequent sips and more fruit notes too. The body is nice overall.
This wine has a pepper and herb nose. The flavor is blackberry, pepper and oak with a hint of leather. The body is good.
This wine has a cherry raspberry aroma and a flavor reminiscent of dark cherry, licorice, raspberry and notes of pepper. The body is good.
This wine has a strong alcohol and berry aroma. There is a lite blueberry plum flavor and it has a lite body.
