The wine at Maurice Car'rie is below average for what the Temecula Valley has to offer. There were good things about and issues with the wine here. There's a lot of room for improvement. Perhaps you'll find something that you'll enjoy if you decide to visit here.

20' Sauvignon Blanc
20' Sauvignon Blanc
This wine has a floral and fungal nose. The flavor is unbalanced apple. The body is good. Overall, this is not a good Sauvignon Blanc.
19' Melange De Saignee
19' Melange De Saignee
This wine has a floral nose with a hint of citrus. The taste is unbalanced berry. The body is good and there is low acidity. On subsequent sips faint notes of mango and watermelon are detected. Once again there is a lingering fungal nose.
19' Pinot Noir
19' Pinot Noir
This wine has a strong pepper and tobacco aroma. The flavor is squashed by acidity, the body is muddled and the tanins are low. On subsequent sips a boysenberry and grapefruit flavor is detected. It is nice and lingers through to the finish.
19' Nebbiolo
19' Nebbiolo
This wine has a plum nose. The taste is nice, blueberry with oak notes. American barrels were used. Acidity is balanced, tanins are low and the body is muddled. Overall, I feel this wine is not worth the price.

This wine has a berry and oak aroma. The flavor is nice, berry and oak. The body is good, tanins are medium and there is low acidity.
