The tasting room was outside during our visit to Gershon Bachus. It looked like they were doing remodeling inside.
I like this idea for a tasting menu. The tasting room operator can make suggestions based on the wines that the customer clearly likes.
Gershon Bacchus has slightly above average wine for the Temecula region. If you have time, give them a try.
I thoroughly enjoyed the 16' Lares Mourvedre due to it's tasty fruit forward characteristic. However, I did not enjoy it enough to buy a bottle.

This wine has a blackberry, cherry and licorice nose. The taste is strawberry jam with a hint of blackberry and cherry. The body is good. Overall, it is a tasty fruit forward Mourvedre.
Note: I enjoyed this Mourvedre quite a bit because a fruit forward Mourvedre is less common.
This wine is a blend made out of Grenache, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Aromatics of raspberry and florals are evident. The taste is strong pepper and mild berry. The body is good.
The nose of this wine is cherry, plum and blackberry. The taste is blackberry, strawberry and licorice with subtle pepper and vanilla notes. The body is good.
The dark cherry and boysenberry flavor wine is unbalanced and the body is uneven in the mouth.
Consisting of aromatics of Earl Grey, raspberry and brown sugar, this wine has a cherry and plum taste and an overall good body.
