Overall, Wilson Creek has below average wine than what is typical for the Temecula region. However, the restaurant is good if you're looking for a great place to eat.
I had a difficult time drinking the wine during this tasting and was not able to complete the entire tasting. I do not recommend doing a tasting here. A worthwhile wine to try here is the Chocolate Decadence. I enjoyed that wine quite a bit.

This wine has a floral nose with a hint of lemon. The taste is "Red Delicious" apple and earthly. There is a strong mineral aftertaste. The body was mild.

This wine possesses a raspberry, cherry and black pepper aroma with a strong blackberry and mineral flavor. The body is loose and watery. I did not enjoy this wine at all.

This wine possesses a faint black pepper and cherry aroma. The taste is cherry with a slight mineral quality. The wine is very light with a loose watery body and medium acidity. I did not enjoy this wine at all.

This wine possesses a chocolate aroma with a hint of plum and blackberry. The chocolate flavor is balanced with raspberry fruit notes. The body is not too sweet and the wine is not too sweet either.
